This Refund Policy explains how HireLinx handles credit purchases, failed payments, and refund requests.

Credits purchase policy

Credits are prepaid digital units used to access HireLinx AI-powered tools and premium features. Purchased credits are added to the user's account after successful payment verification.

Consumed credits

Consumed credits are non-refundable. A credit is considered consumed when a paid action, AI tool, or premium feature is completed successfully.

Failed payment handling

If money is debited but credits are not added because payment verification fails or remains pending, contact support@hirelinx.in with your registered email, Razorpay payment ID, and order details.

Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, payment failures where credits were not issued, or other cases required by law. Refunds are not guaranteed for successfully delivered and consumed credits.

Processing time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.
